Jaisalmer’s Social Worker Dinesh Kumar Heengra Felicitated with Padam Ratan Samman & Honorary Doctorate

Dinesh Kumar Heengra from Jaisalmer, Rajasthan, was honoured with the prestigious Padam Ratan Samman along with an Honorary Doctorate in Social Service for his dedicated efforts toward community welfare and social upliftment. The recognition was conferred at a grand felicitation ceremony held in New Delhi, where achievers from different states were celebrated for their meaningful contributions to society.

The honours were presented by R. D. Meena (Retd. IAS) in the august presence of eminent dignitaries. The ceremony was graced by Dr. Anurag Saxena, President of the Journalist Council of India; Ishmeet Kaur, Mrs India World Celebrity Stylist; Means Malhotra, hotelier, influencer and blogger; Anu Shamihoke, entrepreneur and fashion event curator; Dr. Mahesh Gaur, International Mental Coach Trainer; and Dr. Pankaj Khatwani, Operations Head (India) of the King’s Book of World Records.

The organisers stated that the Padam Ratan Samman and Honorary Doctorate are private recognitions conferred under initiatives associated with the King’s Book of World Records to honour individuals who have demonstrated exceptional dedication in social, professional, and humanitarian fields. It was also clarified that these recognitions are not affiliated with any government honours or Padma Awards of the Government of India.

On this occasion, the dignitaries appreciated the grassroots-level work carried out by Dinesh Kumar Heengra in rural development, public awareness initiatives, and social welfare activities in the Jaisalmer region.
