Dr. Rizwan Zakaullah Khan, President of National Public English School Junior College, Dhad, Buldhana (Maharashtra), was conferred with the prestigious Padam Ratan Samman in recognition of his notable contribution to the fields of education and social service. The honour was presented during a distinguished felicitation ceremony held in New Delhi, where achievers from various regions were acknowledged for their dedication to nation-building at the grassroots level.

The award was presented by R. D. Meena (Retd. IAS) in the presence of eminent guests and professionals from different domains.
