Godhra’s Rural Employment Visionary Dr. Latesh Parmar Honoured with Padam Ratan Samman

Dr. Latesh Parmar from Godhra, Gujarat, was conferred with the prestigious Padam Ratan Samman in recognition of his visionary efforts toward rural women employment and livelihood empowerment. The honour was presented at a felicitation ceremony held in New Delhi, celebrating individuals who have created measurable social impact through sustained community-driven initiatives.
The award was presented by R. D. Meena (Retd. IAS) in the presence of eminent guests and professionals from diverse fields.
