Dr. Sarbeswar Nayak, Civil Supplies Officer from Koraput, Odisha, was conferred with the prestigious Padam Ratan Samman in recognition of his dedicated contribution to social service and public welfare initiatives. The honour was presented at a felicitation ceremony held in New Delhi, celebrating professionals who have created meaningful social impact through service to society.

The award was presented by R. D. Meena (Retd. IAS) in the presence of eminent dignitaries and guests from diverse fields.
