Dr. Kailash Sharma from Jaipur, Rajasthan, was conferred with the prestigious Padam Ratan Samman in recognition of his notable contribution to literature and social service. The honour was presented at a felicitation ceremony held in New Delhi, celebrating individuals whose creative and social efforts have created a positive impact in society.

The award was presented by R. D. Meena (Retd. IAS) in the presence of eminent dignitaries from diverse fields.
